If the led lights damaged(Non-human vandalism):

  • Within 18 months: we bears the freight and the damaged led light are replaced free of charge.
  • 18~36 months: Customer bears the freight, and the damaged led light are replaced free of charge.
  • After 36 months: customer need to buy a new one and bear the freight.

How long is the warranty period of hardware accessories?

All hardware accessories, such as drawer rails, handles, locks, sliding door rails, etc., if damaged:

  • within 18 months, we will send customers new accessories and bear the freight.
  • After 18 months, all costs will be borne by the customer

Do I need to go in person when unloading from the container?

Customized showcases must be delivered to the destination and unloaded from the containers in person or by designated personnel to supervise them. What about the damage caused during transportation?

If it is our designated shipping, we will try our best to assist you in repairing the product, most of the damage can be repaired. However, because the showcase contains glass, the insurance company does not accept this kind of product underwriting. We can only do our best to assist you in repairing the product. All accessories and parts damaged by transportation will be resent to you for free, but you need to bear the freight.

Who will bear the damage and repair costs during the warranty period?
